Many people extremely need free health care. Do you think that free health care is he
lpful for poor people? I think that free health care is very important, so in my home country health care is free from the government because they like to help many societies or poor people’s lives. Therefore, in my point of view, free health care is extremely wonderful for many people to live longer without illness.
To begin with, free health care is fantastic for many people and it is very helpful for poor people. Because many people are homeless, and their daily food also is not pretty great to eat healthy food. Therefore, they cannot survive longer. For example, in the article of Indian Poor Swelter as Deadly Heat Wave Kills “millions of people in India are homeless and the streets are where they live with only rudimentary shelter air conditioning or even fans are a distant dream”(M.Kapur and H. whiteman). Thus, many poor people can die by suffering from the disease.
Free health care is so good for many people, it is easy to live a longer and healthier life. Because a lot of people do not have a job and they live without an education and also health care is very expensive. As a result, nowadays a lot of people get different diseases and it happens all over the world. The reason, many people need free health care to get medicine to heal from the disease because millions of people die from different illnesses such as malaria, HIV/aids, mitochondrial, diabetes, and chronic wounds so these illnesses are very dangerous to handle without health care. The result, in the article of World Health Organization“ HIV/aids continue to kill 5 million of people each year”(W.Regional offices). Thus, many people need medicine, poor people.
However many people prefer free health care. In some countries the government does not allow free health care, but it is very helpful for a lot of people’s lives. The reasons are, many people do not have a job so they cannot pay health care costs by themselves. According to an article of Rising Health Care Costs “Rising health care costs punish our nation on multiple fronts. For families and seniors, the soaring cost of medical care means less money in their pockets and forces hard choices about balancing food, rent, and needed care” (P. Avenue). Therefore, society could not get medicine to heal from the disease.
Next, even though my country’s health care is free, other countries’ health care is not free. They think that free health care is not great and the government does not like to help many people. I absolutely disagree that many people live without free health care because many people extremely need to live longer in their life and in this period the mostly young generations die before their age average over 26-30 through the diseases. In the article of the ” Global News “in Canadian Cancer Society on Wednesday released its first annual report to include long-term predictions of the burden cancer will create in the country. It also released predictions for the toll the disease will take in each province, including Manitoba”(L. schroeder) so a lot of people cannot survive without health care because we are all human’s life and we are always challenged by disease.
In summary, even though other people do not like free health care and they think that free health care is not good for many people, I very strongly disagree because many people are very poor, health care is very expensive, and also many people are homeless so they are really need to help for free health care and they need live a long life. Finally, I would like to recommend to countries that the government has to make a decision for free health care for people in order for people to get medicine free then their body can be strong and healthy.
