What are important things for any kind of success in life? The more important thing for success is intrinsic motivation. It can lead us to discipline, patience, perseverance, grit, and conviction in life and productivity with a sense of purpose. We could say that so many people have success by intrinsic motivation, intelligence, and innate ability, but most of the people who have already become successful in life believe that more important things for the success in people’s life is motivation that comes from our heart because people cannot achieve the value of success without the motivation.
When people have dreams, they work hard to make them reality as successful people in life. So, we think success is not about what you become, but it is about how you become in the long journey you take for the success. Even though some people believe that success is about taking steps in spite of people’s motivations for their goals, other people know that success is what they become without the process as successful people from their intelligence, heritage by their grandmother or father. For instance, one of our friend’s names is Denias, he has a poor family, so he is working hard on his academic journey because he knows that success can begin from his actions and effort. So, People have many differences in the success in life from what they become and how they become for the success by intrinsic motivation, intelligence, and innate ability.
Even though most people think that intelligence and innate ability are more important things success in people’s life, we strongly believe that people who have the intrinsic motivation is more important in life than intelligence and innate ability because these two kinds of success are the evidence of people who have hard work from intrinsic motivation when their motivation pushes them forward to take the steps in order to succeed in their life. Therefore, we think intrinsic motivation is more important because it is the determination of many kinds of success in people’s life. Success is about hard work.
So, many people invest a lot of time on things that matter to them. They always stick with tasks that are related to their journey of success. They always search for more information as required for them to fulfill their destiny to fulfill on earth, and they always are innovative because success is always available in people’s life when all of the people are on this earth with different reasons, but most of the people never realize whether they have it or not. For example, some friends study as international students in any country because they want to make it happen.
So, success is not about accomplishment, and it is not reached through innate ability, or people just simply become intelligent, but it is about hard work to achieve the goal. It takes discipline to try anything we can think of for the best result. We know everyone has the desire to be smart as intelligence, and they really want to be rich in financial freedom for happiness in life. However it is impossible without any action and putting into work because just by hoping is not a process of becoming the best version of yourself. We can get the information from anywhere around us like watching movies, reading, and having discussions to exchange knowledge or experience with other people. Then, we have to use information we get from other people.
Moreover, people become successful because intrinsic motivation pushes them to have the best discipline for doing what they are supposed to do on this earth. When we hear some people say success easily as they want to, but as we know, to become successful people is very hard when we step into the process of taking action because we all are experiencing it by taking the business world or academic journey when we are motivated from those kinds of journeys. Our inner motivation always makes us stronger to work hard, it tells us about how we can deal with our journey when it is only one thing for us to work on our parts of the recording information process to figure out the way to success. Thus, we can see it, feel it, and we always understand what kind of success we want to deal with from our inner motivation. Therefore, Right now intrinsic motivation is pushing us to work hard on our goal.
Then, we like to appreciate our motivation, and every step we are taking for the success because we think that if we do not have great motivation, some of us cannot be in other countries as international students to study without hard work and dedication. We could not go to school every day and have great discipline without real motivation. We could not stay up late at night studying to complete the assignments.
Sometimes, we feel like we can give up easily when we face many challenges on our way of completing the task , and we feel uncomfortable, but we have committed to face them for our success because our motivation keeps pushing us to do more and go beyond our ability. We know those are the challenges that we have to pass through them because of the intrinsic motivation. For example, some of our friends went back to their home country after they stopped their study because they did not have that kind of motivation and clear goal of where they are going to become their best version of themselves in the future and what kind of success they will get at the end of the academic journey.
People have different kinds of success for intrinsic motivation, innate ability, intelligence, and what they become or how they become successful in life. We think the most important thing for success in life is a motivation that always comes out from our inner self because it always motivates people like me to achieve whatever goal we have in life. It can give us the positive mindset toward our dream, and we know that people do anything without a clear goal, they can give up when they face hard times and challenges their way of success. People can give up from a long distance to become successful because in the middle of the journey is a suffering moment. Therefore, we should know the process of success from intrinsic motivation is important.
